Kagaya is a famously bizarre restaurant and drinking establishment located in the basement of the unremarkable Hanasada building in Shinbashi. Owner Mark Kagaya will dress in a frog suit, force you to drink unimaginable concoctions and paint your picture, before giving you an electric shock. His mother makes traditional food out the back. Truly one of Tokyo`s great experiences.
