One of Tokyo`s finest pieces of architecture, the Tokyo International Forum Building was designed by Rafael Vinoly and finished in 1996. Its shape and the exposed ribs at the top of the building recall a ship, and despite the enormous amount of glass used, sounds in the interior are remarkably muted.
