Esperanza Community Housing Corporation has been working in the Figueroa Corridor of South Central Los Angeles since 1989. Esperanza has five program areas in affordable housing, health, economic development, education, and arts & science to serve the families of our neighborhood.

Esperanza Community Housing Corporation was founded in 1989 out of a four year organizing effort. Our administrative offices are currently located on the grounds of St. Vincent`s School.
